Forum rules

We have just a few quick RULES we would be grateful if you could take a minute to read:

• New users who fail to post within 7 days of joining will be removed automatically.
  
• Newcomers - Before posting or asking questions on the forum, please make your first post in the 'introductory forum', so we have an idea of your background, location etc. - this is good etiquette also.
  
• Please alter your 'Profile' to show where you are - at least which County. This is very helpful to other members who may wish to identify frequencies in the same area.
  
• Please note that any discussion concerning Gardai frequencies or their activity is not permitted. This is to protect the Site and its members - plus it's ILLEGAL.
  
• Any Racist comments or insults posted on these forums will result in immediate dismissal against the perpertrator.
  
• Please do not post details of any communications received unless specifically addressed to you or meant for general reception. This is to protect the Site and its members - plus it's ILLEGAL.
  
  
• The frequency database is located at http://frequencydb.com/database.Access to the frequency database if free - however as a new member your access will be limited. Once established in the forums, you will have unrestricted access. Please participate in the FORUMS, with a minimum of 10 useful posts before qualifying for the Database password, posts which must contain justifiable content about radio (no one-liners). If you feel you have met with the above criteria, please email Paddywagon, Damienbrown1, LimaCharlie or Microwave (Moderators) for the password and the location of the Database.
  (Just one Moderator please - NOT all four!...).
  
  
  
• This site is PACKED with information on radio. 99% of questions asked by newcomers have already been asked/answered previously by someone else - therefore please have a good read through the different Thread Titles before posting a new (duplicate) topic.
