just noticed this today should be worth a look this sunday

The club has run a very successful Radio Hobbies and Electronics Fair in the month of March each year. This fair was first mooted by Michael Kingston EI2IX in 1987 and was continued to the present time by subsequent Chairmen. Since its inception it has proved to be a major radio event in the country each year. The 2010 event will take place on Sunday 7th March at the Limerick Radisson SAS Hotel, Ennis Road, Limerick. Each year the Fair attracts amateurs/visitors from all over the country and is the place to make new friends and renew acquaintances.

Was there on Sunday and never saw it so quite must be the recession, there was very little on display and the used section was useless, was not worth the €5 entry.

Heh, rumours I've been hearing are that it was one of the busier rallies in the recent past. I wasn't there myself unfortunately.

Unavoidable unfortunately, I was sitting in a classroom trying not to catch the eye of the lecturer (lest she ask me akward questions).
