Low Band VHF Antenna WANTED!!!

Hi everyone,

 I'm looking for a low band VHF antenna,something like a folded dipole I think that you can get them 66mhz - 88mhz,Anything concidered,so if you have something like that laying around gathering dust let me know

for something that litter the rooflines of every town and industrial estate they are a pain to get, try the guy in roscommon who sells pmr radios at rallies i cant think of his name off hand he usually has a stock of them or there is a guy in waterford who does rounds at rallies too selling pmr gear who has them, im sure someone will pop up with their names

Questions:
- for receive only, or TX as well ?
- what polarization; vertical, horizontal, LHCP, RHCP ?
- any other info you may share on how your are planning to use this ?
- what feed impedance: 50 Ohm, 75 Ohm, other ?

Hi EI2GFB yes I think I know the chap you are talking about, Sean something or other I think, Hi Edwin I'm looking for something for to use on 4m TX so vertical polorisation and 50 ohm something like a folded dipole or that, doesn't have to be anything special thanks

Sorry for the late response, I have been kept quite busy lately:

which includes 4m

performance (wihtout going into scientific measurements) is "on-par" with a dipole for the specified bands...
